1. Bed linnen? Bed linnen are not included in the price. Please bring, or you can rent it here for NOK 120 pr. person. (includes small and big towel)
2. End cleaning? End cleaning is mandatory. We will guaranty that all customers meet their houses clean and steady.
3. Are dogs allowed? Dogs are allowed in almost all houses. Be aware that we charge NOK 500,- pr week for dogs because of extra cleaning. Only one-night stay, costs NOK 250,- for dogs.
4. Is your pool open? Our heated pool is open from May 1st - Oct 1st. Our pool at the dock is open from app. Jun 15th - Aug 15th.
5. Wireless Internet? We have wireless Internet in our centre. Almost 100% are covered, but we cannot guaranty you 100% coverage everywhere. Access can be bought in the reception.
6. Can we bring our own boat? Yes you can, but always ask the reception prior to your arrival. Be aware that it will cost you a small fee, regarding size of boat and duration of your stay.
7. Is Tregde Feriesenter safe for children? We are a very popular place for families with children in all ages. So definitely.
8. Nobody answer the phone? In our high season (15 jun - 15 aug) our phone rings constantly, so it is not easy to catch every call. Please send us an e-mail, and we will answer asap. Before or after high season our phone service is open mon - fri, 09.00 - 15.00.
9. Do we need a license to drive your boats, or any other skills? No. All our boats can be driven by any person over 16 years old. We will show everyone how to use our boats.
10. Payment: All our orders shall be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. We send all our invoices by e-mail.
11. Boat transportation to islands outside Tregde? We can transport people and supply to islands/skerries around Tregde. Ask us for price and possability.
12. How far is it to Kristiansand amusement and animal park? It is about 45 Km, or 50 minutes with car in direction east.
13. How far to nearest beach? We recommend all our customers to give the spectacular beaches in Mandal a visit. Some are long, some are small, but they are indeed the best beaches in Norway. Only 8 km from Mandal, or 10 minutes with car. You can also rent a boat and visit some of the islands outside Tregde. Here you can find small beaches or just take a swim from the boat.
14. How far is it to Mandal? It is about 7 km to Mandal. 8 minutes with car.
15. Transportation Ryvingen light house? We can transport groups up to 18 persons to Ryvingen light house. Price is NOK 1500,- pr tour for <15 persons. Then 100 pr person up to 18 persons. Ask in the reception for availability.
